Confidentiality:

 

As a psychotherapist in training under supervision, I am bound by confidentiality in accordance with § 15 of the Psychotherapy Act regarding the secrets entrusted to me or made known to me during therapy. This confidentiality applies to all third parties, including spouses and partners, as well as private and public institutions, such as social security authorities. The confidentiality applies beyond the conclusion of psychotherapy.

 

Initial consultation:

 

The initial consultation is about clarifying the framework conditions and defining your request. But it is also about building our professional relationship, which will be the most important thing for our further work together. Since this development is particularly important to me, I consider the initial consultation to be an essential part of therapy. I take a whole unit of time, which I also invoice as such.

 

Cancellation policy:

 

A session may easily be cancelled 24 hours before the appointment. In the event of a cancellation at shorter notice or a no-show, I take the liberty of charging for the whole session.

Refunding via insurance companies:

 

In the case of a specific indication and diagnosis (ICD 10 manual), a partial refund via most Austria insurance companies is possible. You will need a family physician’s or specialists written confirmation before our second session, a claim form and the invoice to file the partial refund.
